Stronger with Inter-Elektro!

At the end of 2017, COMEL joined INTER-ELEKTRO (IE) Distribution Group. INTER-ELEKTRO unites around 50 independent electric wholesale companies, often family-owned, that acting together generate purchasing power for electrotechnical goods of over 1 bilion PLN a year. Thanks to the IE membership COMEL will have access to purchasing agreements with over 100 suppliers. Full implementation of all the tools and informational channels would likely take a couple of months, but we expect this period to be an exciting one. We invite you to contact us or visit our branch offices in Gdansk, Gdynia and Rumia!

Our Participation in Baltexpo 2017 Fair

From 11 to 13 September 2017, in the framework of marine fair BALTEXPO 2017, Comel together with Electrical Department of Marine Academy in Gdynia was exhibiting a solution of Serial Active Power Filter (SAPF) operating in a system with 18-pulse rectifier. The booth was launched under common sector named The Center of Innovation and Advanced Technology.

Now PETERCEM Sensors!

PETERCEM, subsidiary of MAFELEC Group, has acquired Current and Voltage Sensors activity of ABB in May 2017. With this new acquisition, the company will create new synergies and strengthen its presence, particularly in the rail and energy markets. The product range covers measurements for AC / DC Current from 5A up to 40kA and for AC / DC Voltage from 50V to 5kV. The products are mainly used in monitoring and regulation of application and protection of power components. 23 people have transferred from ABB to Petercem as part of the transaction.

Despite the activity transfer, Petercem will maintain the current product offering, with its features and superb quality.
